This past year has been one of continued progress, resilience, and meaningful impact for our organization. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am proud to recognize the dedication and commitment demonstrated across every part of our community—from our employees and students to our partners, funders, and stakeholders.

Together, we have continued to deliver high-quality, compassionate services to those we serve. Our staff have shown extraordinary professionalism and care in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Our partners and stakeholders have strengthened our work through collaboration and shared purpose. And our funders have enabled us to sustain and grow programs that make a real and lasting difference. Each of you plays a vital role in advancing our mission, and we are deeply grateful for your contributions.

This year also marks a significant milestone for our organization as we recognize and celebrate the retirement of our CEO, Kim Ciavarella after 12 years of exceptional leadership.

Over the course of more than a decade with the organization, Kim has been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s foundation while positioning it for future growth and sustainability. Through a clear and compelling vision- paired with disciplined execution—she has successfully translated ideas into action, ensuring excellence across operations, people, and financial stewardship.

Her leadership has guided the organization through important transitions and opportunities. Kim has advanced strategic planning, reinforced partnerships, and championed innovation in service delivery, always with a steadfast focus on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families. Under her guidance, the organization has not only navigated complexity—it has grown stronger because of it.

The CEO has consistently demonstrated an ability to bring people together, building meaningful relationships with government, community partners, and sector leaders. Kim has elevated the organization’s voice and influence, positioning it as a trusted and respected contributor within the broader system.

Equally important, Kim has fostered a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement—the groundwork for a more resilient and high-performing organization. From advancing evidence-based programs and quality frameworks to strengthening governance and operational discipline, her impact can be seen across every aspect of the organization.

Simply put, her leadership has ensured that the organization continues to adapt, grow, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those it serves.
